Federal Departmenbt for monitoring in the domain of communications at the Ministry of information technologies of Russian Federation has, on 19.06.2006, made decision to issue to CJSC RASCOM the license № 41802 for performing activities of providing communications channels or lease on the territory of Karelia, Pskov and Murmansk Oblasts
